In 2008, I was raising 3 babies and working 24/7 as the primary breadwinner. I had no boundaries, no systems, and no clue how to organize myself. I just kept trying to fit more hours into the day by sleeping less and less.

Before I realized what had happened... I was dragging myself to bed around 5am, often because my head had literally hit the keyboard. Two hours later, I'd drag my exhausted self back out of bed to the sounds of tiny footsteps and cries.

I was exhausted, frustrated, and falling a part.

I needed a better way.

I became obsessed with productivity, systems, and time management. Today, I sleep 8 hours every night, work about 3 days a week, have date night with my hubby every Friday, go on trips whenever... I even took my family and traveled the globe for a year! And I did it without losing income!

I show time-starved entrepreneurs how to do this for themselves!

I'm your anti-hustle coach who hates the hustle culture. I love to show entrepreneurs how to utalize systems, automations, and outsourcing in order to build something that allows you to be the best version of you in all areas of life.

Cheese. Always cheese. Add a charcuterie board and I’ll cancel my plans, roll up with crackers, and call it a perfect night. Bonus points if there’s chocolate nearby.

Genealogy. Yep, I’m that person who gets way too excited about census records. I haven’t missed a day since Nov 1, 2022 — my streak is longer than my workout one, and I’m not mad about it.

Secret Nerdiness

Disneyland. It’s my happy place. I’ve been to CA, FL, Paris, and Tokyo (still salty I missed Hong Kong when I was there). Shanghai, you’re next. Yes, I fully intend to collect ears from all of them!
